Mumbai woman buys Rs 2.5 lakh gold chain for her dog

A woman in Mumbai has made headlines for buying a gold chain worth Rs 2.5 lakh for her dog, Tiger.

According to reports by Hindustan Times, Sarita shopped for the necklace from a local jeweller in Chembur. The video, captured by the jeweller, shows Tiger patiently waiting as she selects a 35-gram gold chain.

After making her purchase, Sarita gently places the chain around the dog’s neck, resulting in a joyous tail wag from the Indie dog, clearly thrilled with his new bling.

Social media reactions were overwhelmingly positive, with one user commenting, ‘These angels of God deserve everything and beyond. Nothing is enough against their love, trust and loyalty.’

Another user wrote, ‘So happy it’s an indie,’ while others praised Sarita’s gesture, calling it the ‘best best thing she did on Earth’.
