As the stage is set for the grand finale, the spotlight is not just on the players but also on one of IPL’s most prominent owners Preity Zinta, co-owner of the PBKS. Her team is one step away from creating history, but according to Artificial Intelligence (AI) predictions, the trophy might just slip through her fingers.

Multiple AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini, have analysed team performances and predicted a narrow victory for RCB, citing their consistent form, balanced squad, and the standout performances of players like Virat Kohli and Josh Hazlewood.

Virat Kohli, has been in stellar form, amassing 614 runs at an average of 55.81 this season. Josh Hazlewood has led RCB’s bowling, with 21 wickets in 11 matches.

PBKS captain Shreyas Iyer, however, has led from the front, scoring 603 runs, including a match-winning 87* in Qualifier 2 against Mumbai Indians. Arshdeep Singh has been effective with the ball, taking 18 wickets this season.

Experts like Virender Sehwag, David Warner and Shane Watson have also backed RCB to clinch the title, with Warner predicting Hazlewood as Player of the Match.

For Zinta, this match is more than just a sporting event. Since acquiring the PBKS franchise in 2008, she has been the team’s most visible cheerleader, enduring heartbreaks, rebuilding squads, and riding every emotional high and low the IPL has to offer.

A win today would not just break a title drought but also validate 18 years of emotional and financial investment.
