‘Struggle every teacher has to go through’:  A little boy’s attempt to escape school is winning hearts on the internet

Kids usually don’t like being locked up, probably because the tiny spaces don’t give them enough opportunity to express themselves. Hence, there is always a wish to break free.

Many people can recall how as children they just wanted to run away from their homes and schools, and a recent viral incident has rekindled this memory.

Sonam Jangmu, a teacher from Arunachal Pradesh shared a heartwarming video through her Instagram. The video showcases a kid’s attempt to run away from school, giving his teacher a tough time as she tries to get a hold of him.

In the video the kid could be seen crying hysterically, as he wanted to leave the school premises. His teacher than offered him a cake which he swiftly took but still didn’t calm down.

The text on the video read ‘The struggle every teacher has to go through,’ and the internet agrees.

“Children have an instinct not to be caged - I remember hating my school and college like anything,” Said a user. “will take everything u gave but still I won't go to school,” read another comment. While one said “this should be labelled the struggle every kid has to go through.”

The video has clocked nearly four million views on Instagram and is taking people down the memory lane.
