Taylor Swift fans expressed their disappointment over the cancellation of three sold-out Eras Tour shows in Austria after authorities prevented an alleged ISIS-linked terror plot. However, the incident did not break the spirit of Swifties as they came out in force on Vienna’s streets and sang her songs.

They staged an impromptu open-air gathering, singing her songs, trying to overcome their sadness. In a video shared by BBC on Instagram, her fans can be seen singing one of Taylor Swift’s famous songs ‘Shake It Off’, the lyrics of which go like this: “And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, Baby, I’m just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake…”

But the video received mixed reaction from social media users. One of the users commented: “Swifties come back stronger than a 90‘s trend! 🔥” while another wrote “They should be happy they didn’t get slaughtered instead of being sad that the concert was cancelled.”
