‘That’s my dream’: Ananya Panday reacts as she spots her picture on fuljhadi packet

Following the festive Diwali celebrations, a delightful moment from the Panday family has taken the internet by storm. Ananya Panday’s cousin Alanna Panday and her husband, Ivor McCray, recently shared a vlog from the family’s Diwali festivities on YouTube on Monday. While the full video runs 15 minutes and 49 seconds, one particular clip featuring Ananya has quickly gone viral.

In the clip, Ivor brings home a firecracker packet with a picture of Ananya. Seated comfortably in a pink salwar suit in the living room, she is taken by surprise as Alanna brings the packet to her. Ananya’s reaction is pure joy, exclaiming “I’m on the fuljhadi… That’s my dream,” her eyes lighting up with happiness. She then asks if the box is customised by the cousins or if it’s genuinely her image on the packet.

Her excitement doesn’t end there. Ananya enthusiastically shows the packet to her mother, Bhavna Pandey, saying, “I’m on the fuljhadi packet”. She even takes photos to post on her Instagram. Her uncle, Chikki Panday, added, “If you’re on the fuljhadi packet na, you’ve arrived.”

The family gathers to pose with the packets in hand, thrilled to share in Ananya’s “dream-come-true” moment.

On the work front, Ananya Panday is busy with the second season of Amazon Prime Video’s web series ‘Call Me Bae’. She is also set to appear in an untitled film with Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan.
