Indian cricketer Rinku Singh has become a shining star on the international cricket scene after overcoming early struggles in his hometown of Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh.

The 23-year-old batting sensation hails from a humble background where he once assisted his father Khanchandra Singh in delivering LPG cylinders.

Despite his son’s meteoric rise in the cricketing world, Khanchandra Singh continues to carry out his duties, a fact recently highlighted in a viral video on social media showing him distributing LPG cylinders in Aligarh.

Acknowledging his father’s dedication, Rinku said, “I told my father to relax now as we have enough for him not to haul cylinders, but he still does it and loves his job. I understand his part also because he will get bored if he sits at home. If someone has worked all his life, it is difficult to tell him to stop unless he wants to.”
