The video, posted by student Saniya Raithwan, captures an “ice-breaking” event where students were seen dancing to a Hindi song. The moment turned unexpectedly humorous when the students realised the song was actually associated with Rakshabandhan.

The clip features senior student Anshul and his junior, Vanshika, dancing together, surrounded by their cheering peers. As the music played on, laughter erupted when the students recognised the song’s lyrics. Anshul, realising the significance of the song, quickly left the dance floor, much to the amusement of the onlookers.

Captioned, “Ice breaking esi karo ki Juniors ko bhi yaad rahe,” the video resonated with many, quickly garnering millions of views. By 6 pm on Monday, the video had reached 34.8 million views on Instagram and was also trending on X.

The comments section was filled with humorous remarks and sympathy for Anshul. One user quipped, “Not ice-breaking but heart-breaking,” while others noted, “They were enjoying the dance until they realised,” and “Bro will never dance again.” Even Ajio’s official account joined in the fun, commenting, “He went from dreaming about wedding fits to Rakhi fits in a sec.”

An “ice-breaking” event is an activity or series of activities designed to help people get to know each other, relax, and feel more comfortable in a new group setting.

The viral moment has not only provided a good laugh for viewers but has also highlighted the unpredictable and often entertaining nature of college life.
