Heavy rains on Tuesday have led to severe waterlogging across Haridwar. With the Ganga River on spate, police have urged people to avoid ghats and remain cautious.

Meanwhile, in Uttarkashi, a massive cloudburst triggered flash floods, claiming four lives. Over 130 people have been rescued as rescue operations continue in harsh weather. Dharali village was worst affected. The Indian Army, ITBP, NDRF, and SDRF are leading relief efforts.
