A terrifying footage of Saurya Airlines flight crash in Nepal’s Kathmandu showing the exact moment the plane went down has gone viral online.

The flight–bound for Pokhara–experienced a runway excursion, leading to the mishap. The plane flipped during takeoff, struck the ground with a wing tip, caught fire, and ended up in a gorge between the Buddha Air hangar and the radar station.
The incident occurred around 11 am.
Of the 19 on board the plane, 18 bodies have been recovered. Pilot Manish Shakya was rescued and rushed to hospital.

Eyewitnesses said shortly after take-off, the plane plunged to the ground and exploded in a ball of fire.
Firefighters, Nepal Police and Nepali Army are conducting the rescue operation.
