London: Prince Harry flew in from his California home to London to attend the funeral of grandfather Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, on Saturday, a report stated on Monday. The 36-year-old went to Kensington Palace, his former London home, The Sun newspaper said. Buckingham Palace had confirmed that Harry would be attending the funeral, but pregnant Meghan Markle was advised by her doctors against travel. PTI

Cyclone damages Australian towns, snaps power supply

Perth: A destructive cyclone has damaged several towns on Australia’s western coast, shattering windows, snapping trees and knocking out power. There have been no reports of serious injuries. Tropical Cyclone Seroja, with winds gusting up to 170 kph shortly after dark on Sunday, damaged 70% of buildings in Kalbarri, a town of 1,400 people, Department of Fire and Emergency Services Commissioner Darren Klemm said.
