Kathmandu, March 3

Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been admitted to a hospital in Kathmandu for his second kidney transplant after suffering from serious illness, hospital sources said on Tuesday.

Oli, 68, had his first kidney transplant some twelve years ago. He was admitted to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital on Monday for the treatment. — PTI

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
