Russian President Vladimir Putin has been “rumoured” to be in poor health.

From surviving a heart attack to suffering from cancer and Parkinson's disease, concerns are growing globally about his health from time to time.

Videos of him trembling, twitching, slurring, and appearing scared with a swollen face have gone viral online. There have also been reports that Putin, 70, uses body doubles during public appearances.

In a recent interview, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, 47, said: "He [Putin] will die soon, and that's a fact, and it will come to an end."

Ukrainian intelligence has also supported claims that Putin is unwell. However, the Kremlin has denied the news of Putin being unwell.

Zelenskyy's comments came as he was speaking alongside French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris.

Zelensky said that Putin is trying to "hit the European Union from within" - citing Hungary, which sides with Russia.

He added that he has faith that "America will [...] lead Putin to accept an unconditional ceasefire," despite continued devastating strikes on Ukraine, including 117 on Tuesday night.
