A day after a meeting with party general secretaries and heads of various wings, BJP president JP Nadda today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, senior functionaries and in-charges of states, sources said.

Issues discussed included welfare and relief works carried out by the party in the past year. The upcoming Assembly elections also came up for discussion.

Yesterday, Nadda reviewed Covid welfare and relief works undertaken under the ‘Sewa hi Sangathan’ campaign by the BJP to mark the seventh anniversary of the Modi government. He also discussed preparations for the Assembly elections. BJP’s UP in-charge Radha Mohan Singh was also present at the meeting. — TNS
