The fans at the venue, especially the Indian contingent, displayed their anger towards the young Aussie because of his controversial catch that saw the end of Shubman Gill's innings.
Australia landed a big blow to India's chances after ending Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill's breezy opening stand. The young Indian opener, who misjudged a delivery in the first innings, was on the receiving end of a sublime catch from Cameron Green. However, replays showed a part of the ball to be touching the ground while Green went for the catch.
