Senior Congress leader and former Punjab Minister Jagmohan Singh Kang has submitted a memorandum to Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria against the appointment of “outsiders” to various boards and corporations in the state.
“I have raised a protest against the unjust and intolerable appointments of Delhi AAP workers on the important state boards and corporations,” he said, while seeking Governor’s intervention to cancel what he termed as “unfair and unethical adjustments” to ensure justice.
Kang submitted that the AAP government of Punjab has not only “abdicated its responsibility” of ruling the state appropriately but has also “sold its conscience to the Kejriwal & company”.
