Shops of two fertiliser dealers raided in Yamunanagar dist

To stop illegal sale of urea, a joint team of the CM flying squad and Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department raided shops of two fertiliser dealers in Buria town of Yamunanagar district.

The joint team found less bags of subsidised agriculture grade urea in the stock of both fertiliser dealers.

The authorities of the Agriculture Department have issued notices to the dealers to file their reply.

According to information, the team comprising Inspector of the CM flying squad, Sukhwinder Singh, Balwant Singh and SDO of Agriculture Department Ajay Kumar, raided two fertiliser dealers in Buria town. One dealer should have had 119 bags of agriculture grade urea in his stock but it was less by 15 bags.

Similarly, the other dealer should have had 24 bags but his stock was less by two bags. Ajay Kumar, SDO of Agriculture Department said the notices were issued to both fertiliser dealers.
