Goyal emphasised the state’s vision to emerge as an aviation hub and underlined the government’s commitment to infrastructure-led development. “Haryana is continuously moving forward on the path of development. It is our collective responsibility to accelerate air connectivity to give wings to PM Modi’s Udaan Yojana and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini’s Nonstop Vikas campaign,” he said.

During the meeting, ongoing projects under HADC were reviewed and Goyal directed officials to expedite development work. He also highlighted that the government is working on developing Hisar Airport into an integrated aviation hub, while expanding helipad services from key cities such as Gurugram.

To bolster regional connectivity, Goyal recently met Civil Aviation Minister of Rajasthan to explore launching helicopter services between Gurugram and Chandigarh to religious sites like Khatu Shyam and Salasar Balaji.

The meeting also saw discussions on a wide range of civil aviation issues expected to shape Haryana’s aviation roadmap. Senior officials including Amneet Kumar, Commissioner and Secretary of Civil Aviation Department, and Narhari Singh Bangar, Managing Director of HADC, were present during the session.
