The Education Department has asked 10 government senior secondary schools here to construct educational parks on their campuses.
The government has already sanctioned funds to the schools. Some of them are Government Senior Secondary School, Vichova, Government Senior Secondary School, Murdapura, Government Senior Secondary School, Jaster Wal, and others.
The government department has asked the schools to establish the parks and develop analytical abilities in students. The teachers will be developing analytical skills through the models, built from material practice, available at the schools.
The schools are to make sure that educational parks are developed as a centre of discussion among students. The schools will be also responsible for maintaining parks, along with their students.
All the details expressed on the display board are to be written in simple language so that students can understand the content.
In the past too, government schools were upgraded, with educational marks as an instrument to improve concepts of the students.
The schools have to locate the space for the schools, if the space is not available, a common educational park can be established on the campus. The matter has to be displayed in English and Punjabi with correct terminology.
