3 armed men rob attendant at filing station

An attendant of the petrol pump situated in Punian village falling under the Kacha Pakka police station was robbed by three armed men at gunpoint on Friday night.
ASI Amreek Singh said Jagrup Singh, a resident of Punian village, who works as a salesman at the filling station, told the police that three masked men came there and asked him to fill petrol in their bike. One of them gave Rs 100 to the salesman. As soon as Jagrup put his hand in a bag to give back the balance amount, one of the miscreants took out a revolver from his under garment. The robbers threatened to kill Jagrup in case he did not handover all cash to them. Jagrup said the suspects snatched Rs 9,500 from him and fled from the spot on their motorcycle.
The ASI said a case under Sections 379-B (2) and 506 of the IPC was registered in this connection.
