Members of AAP’s youth wing held a “Challo Delhi” rally to mobilise party workers to take part in the ongoing campaign for Delhi Assembly elections.

Addressing a rally, Manjinder Singh Sidhu, president of party’s youth wing, said the Amarinder Singh government had brought the state on the brink of bankruptcy. Citing the reason of liquidity shortage, the government delayed salaries of its staff and did not initiate any major infrastructure project in the state, he said. On the other hand, it raised power tariff for several times during its three-year long tenure and also charged higher income tax, he said.

He said the AAP government was seeking votes on the basis of works done during its tenure.
