Teja Singh Kamalpur and Bhupinder Singh Bhalwan named several persons including Harjinder Singh Majhi, Amarjit Singh Kanakwal Bhanguan and Bachittar Singh Mangwal who tried to vitiate the atmosphere.

“Once the ardas (prayer) was offered, they disrespected and got the saroop recalled by misguiding the local administration”, they said.

Meanwhile, Akal Takht officiating Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh has scheduled a meeting of the Sikh intellectuals and Sant Samaj activists on July 26 at Akal Takht to deliberate over the precautionary steps to be initiated in the wake of rising incidents of sacrilege.
