Officials of the regulatory wing of the ADA said as per instructions of the government to control future development, notices were sent under the PAPRA Act, 1995, to unauthorised commercial colony at Goansabad village on Ram Tirath Road and an unauthorised colony developed at Wadala Bhittevad village, RT (Extension), to stop the construction work and demolish it, as their owners were violating rules by not heeding to the government instructions.
