Asmeen Kaur of Khalsa College Senior Secondary School won the top position in the state boxing championship for the fourth consecutive time.

Her boxing coach Baljinder Singh, an employee of the Punjab Police, while congratulating her on the feat said she won the gold medal in the 66-69 kg weight category in the School State Boxing Championship, which concluded on November 30 at Sunam, Sangrur.

Earlier, she won the gold medal at the school state U-17 championship held at Zira, Ferozepur, a gold medal at the junior state tournament held in Malerkotla and a gold medal at the Kheda Watan Punjab Diya at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar in 2024. She also participated in the school national and junior national championships.

On this occasion, honorary secretary of Khalsa College governing council Rajinder Mohan Chhina nad principal Puneet Nagpal congratulated her and motivated to perform better in the future.
