A VB spokesperson, in a statement released here today, said that the accused, identified as Jatinder Singh, was caught red-handed following a complaint lodged by a local resident Resham Singh. The complainant alleged that the accused had demanded a bribe to facilitate the issuance of a negative dope test report required for obtaining an arms licence.
