BSF organises cycle rally, walkathon in border area
The Border Security Force (BSF) today organised a cycle rally and walkathon under “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ campaign in order to highlight the country’s rich cultural diversity apart from spreading the message of national unity among the border population.
The cycle rally along the Amritsar border was flagged off by SS Chandel, DIG Amritsar, in the presence of senior BSF officers while the local people also participated enthusiastically along with the BSF personnel.
Similarly, the BSF authorities said that a walkathon was held in the Fazilka border area and was led by the BSF commandant.
