Campus notes: Sahodaya Inter-School Competition

Amritsar: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans SL Public School, Amritsar, organised Sahodaya Inter-School Role Play, Music and Art Competition on the school premises on August 20 and 22. The programme was organised to apprise the students of the values treasured by Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Around 600 students from 35 schools that come under Sahodaya School Complex, Amritsar, participated in the competition based on the ideals and life of Mahatma Gandhi. In the inter-school role play competition, Pathseekers School got the first position followed by DAV International School and Bright Land School which each bagged the second position. In the inter-school bhajan competition, DAV International School and Harkrishan Public School emerged first and both GND DAV Public School and DAV Attari got came second. In the inter-school patriotic songs competition, DAV Public School and Shri Ram Ashram Public School bagged the first position and Stalwarts Public School and Pinewood International School got the second position. In the inter-school painting competition, from Group A, Nimrat Kaur from DAV Public School Cantt bagged the first position and Gurleen from Pathseekers School got the second position. From Group B, Samira Sharma from Bhavan’s SL Public School II got the first position, Samarth from Bright Land Public School second and Tejas Noor Singh from Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School, GT Road, third.
