Dr Ashok shared the primary objective of the cyclothon was to raise awareness about the preventive measures against serious conditions like stroke among people. He emphasised that regular exercise, such as cycling for 15-20 minutes a day, or adopting any form of sports or physical activity, is one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent such diseases.
