DAV College honours achievers

DAV College organised the 64th annual prize distribution ceremony here on Saturday. Around 564 students were awarded prizes and books. Dr GS Chauhan, Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission, was the chief guest. Principal Rajesh Kumar, Sudharshan Kapoor, chairman, local managing committee, gave away the prizes to meritorious students.

In his keynote address, Chauhan advised the students to bring about a positive change in both their lives as well as the society. He motivated the students to work harder in life to achieve their goals. Rahul Rajwal, BA second semester, Rahul Kumar BA sixth semester, Prabhat Sharma BSc (IT) fourth semester and Abhinav Kumar were awarded for excellence in academic performance.
