The DC said in the coming times, it is very important for farmers to organise themselves under such groups to take agriculture on commercial lines. “Such groups can be of great help in developing agriculture as a business, therefore, maximum farmers of the district should be associated with such groups. With this, the farmer will get more value for his crop but there will also be chances of getting big discounts while purchasing agricultural and domestic use items, which will reduce farming expenses,” she said.
