Amritsar: The ongoing summer camp at Spring Blossoms not only helped children to imbibe concepts of diversified avenues but also enabled them to pour out their emotions and love for their parents, families and environment as a whole. Children celebrated Father’s Day by painting T-shirts with ‘Stencil and Dabbing’ technique to express and appreciate the unconditional love of their father. They also took the initiative to recite a few lines dedicated to their father, evoking a string of emotions in everyone’s heart. Anupama Mehra, Principal, Spring Blossoms said, “Father’s Day – a celebration of fatherhood, is an occasion which is a reminiscence and acknowledgement of the relentless effort that goes into rearing a new life. It gives recognition to a father’s selfless love and earnest devotion towards his children. Although their contribution in our lives cannot be paid back by celebrating just one day, yet it is essential to recognise the same and let them feel special.” She also asked the children to tell their father how much they loved him by listening to him and helping him every day and in all the ways.
