Promoting non-violent conflict resolution and avoiding physical altercations is also essential. Another disease that has reached pandemic proportions is oral cancer, which accounts for 30 per cent of all cancers in India, with an incidence of 20 cases per 100,000. Regular check-ups and healthy habits contribute to overall well-being, and given that the mouth is a mirror of the body, it necessitates extra attention.
