‘Future Tycoon’ programme launched

Days after the Punjab Tourism Minister launched “Future Tycoon” programme to give everyone an opportunity to start their own business, the district administration on Tuesday unveiled it to give money, copyright promotion experience, expert opinion, every necessary support to turn the business idea into a dream. A QR code has been launched to register business ideas and a cash prize of Rs 50,000, Rs 20,000, and Rs 10,000 will be awarded to the top three proposals.

The district administration launched the programme, an initiative aimed at providing a platform to talented individuals, to start their own businesses. The programme will offer necessary support, including financial assistance, copyright, promotion, and expert guidance.

Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney inaugurated the programme, stating that the Punjab Government will provide conducive environment for new entrepreneurs through this program which aims to empower students, youth, women, and individuals from different backgrounds to turn their business ideas into a reality.

Effort is to give an opportunity to the aspiring entrepreneurs of the district to show their skills and also provide full assistance in providing financial assistance to make their business successful. She said under the project, students, youth, women, disabled people, small and big businessmen can hold their hands to fulfill the new concepts and plans of their dream project.
