After setting up a rooftop garden, a vertical garden and grown-up plants on the premises of the Golden Temple, the SGPC will now develop Guru Ka Bagh, in about two acres of land situated between Guru Ram Dass Ji Langar Hall and Gurdwara Manji Sahib, on the lines of the Rose Garden in Chandigarh.

Its landscape will be spruced up with around 2,000 roses of 400 varieties and an array of other plants. The garden is likely to be completed by January.
