Haemodialysis unit at Batala hospital
A state-of-the-art haemodialysis centre was inaugurated at Gurnoor Hospital in Batala, enhancing renal care services in the region. The inauguration ceremony was led by Dr Surjeet Singh, senior consultant physician, and Dr Varun Vijay Mahajan, consultant nephrologist from Mokha Hospital, Amritsar.
Prominent attendees included Nirmal Singh, Director of VN Health Sciences, LLP, and Davinder Singh, Senior Technical Officer of VN Health Sciences, LLP.
The new facility features advanced haemodialysis machines, a team of highly qualified technicians, and operates under the expert guidance of Dr Varun Vijay Mahajan. To further benefit patients, nephrologist OPD services will be provided by Dr Mahajan on the second and fourth Thursday of every month.
This modern centre aims to deliver top-notch renal care to the residents of Batala and its surrounding areas, marking a major milestone in improving local healthcare services.
