In his address, the minister highlighted the development initiatives and public welfare schemes being implemented by the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He emphasised that the government’s sincere efforts in combating drug abuse and corruption have received a remarkable response from the public.

The minister announced that a 9-km-long and 10-ft-wide road will be constructed from Kirtowal to Dhattal, passing through Jindwala, Ratta Gudda, Alipur and Booh Havelian. This road will connect to the national highway and significantly benefit residents of the villages situated in the Sutlej bandh area.
