The DC emphasised that police investigation of the persons joining the committee must be done so that it can be known that their record is clean.

The DC said that members of these defence committees will also be issued identity cards by the government. She said that before holding a meeting in their constituency, each defence committee must arrange for an announcer so that people can participate in these committees.
