In a bid to improve the condition of roads and streets in Amritsar North assembly constituency, local MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh has got repair and patch work initiated in several areas. These roads have been in a state of disrepair and neglect by the Municipal Corporation for months. The condition of roads had been deplorable, with numerous areas like Ranjit Avenue, Akash Avenue, Green Avenue, Kashmir Avenue and Gopal Nagar, requiring immediate maintenance. The situation had become so dire that even walking had become a challenge in some localities.
