Rural police seizes 66,150 intoxicant tablets

Amritsar: The Amritsar rural police on Wednesday seized around 66,150 tablets from Balwinder Singh, a resident of Mardi Kalan, Majitha. These included Alprazolam, Tramadol Hydrochloride and Clovidol, which are banned under the NDPS Act. A case has been registered at the Chatiwind police station and an investigation is underway to snap the chain of drugs supply. TNS
