Seven students from Tarn Taran make it to PSEB merit list

With a pass percentage of 93.78, the district secured 6th position in Punjab

In the results of Class 12 exams conducted by the PSEB, which were declared on Wednesday, seven candidates made it to the merit list. Satnam Singh Bath, District Education Officer (Secondary), informed that the district achieved a pass percentage of 93.78, securing sixth position Punjab.

Simranpreet Kaur from the School of Eminence, Patti, topped the district with 491/500 marks (98.2 per cent). Additionally, four students from a single institution, Baba Gurmukh Singh Baba Uttam Singh Senior Secondary School, Khadoor Sahib, also earned spots in the merit list.

Among the seven students who made it to the merit list, two are from government schools and five are from private schools.

In addition to Simranpreet Kaur of the School of Eminence, Patti, the other students on the merit list include: Sandeep Kaur (488/500, 97.6 per cent), Jaspreet Kaur (488/500, 97.6 per cent), Karanbir Kaur (487/500, 97.4 per cent), Harmanbir Singh (487/500, 97.4 per cent) from Baba Gurmukh Singh Baba Uttam Singh Senior Secondary School, Khadoor Sahib, Tanveer Kaur (487/500, 97.4 per cent) from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Patti and Kamalpreet Kaur (487/500, 97.4 per cent) from Shivalik Public Senior Secondary School, Chabal.

Satnam Singh Bath congratulated the students on their outstanding performance and encouraged them to continue working hard in order to achieve further success in their lives.
