Punjabi University Vice-Chancellor Prof Arvind said he had not received the SGPC letter yet. He, however, said, “This is not a book. These are notes of a faculty member provided to students in the Distance Education Department. I have sought a report on the matter. We will look into it and take the requisite action.”
