Shop theft case solved, 4 nabbed

The city police arrested four accused in a case relating to theft at a shop within six hours of the incident. The accused have been identified as Nikhil Kumar, Aditya alias Chiku, Ajay and Anuj, residents of Bhagtanwala area. The accused allegedly stole Rs 4,75,000 from a shop in Sham Sunder Market, Rambagh.

DCP Vijay Alam Singh stated that the police team recovered Rs 3,04,000 and a motorcycle used in the theft. Investigations revealed that Nikhil Kumar, the initial suspect, led police to his accomplices. The accused allegedly made a duplicate key to gain access to the shop. The police efforts resulted in the recovery of stolen money and the arrest of the four accused.
