The Bhindi Saida police have booked two persons for allegedly subjecting a minor boy to unnatural sex at Gulgarh village here two days ago. The victim was admitted to hospital and was under treatment.

The incident occurred in a room located in a village gurdwara located opposite the victim’s house.

The matter came to light when the police lodged an FIR against the two suspects following a complaint by the victim’s father. He told the police that on Thursday evening, his son had gone to pay obeisance at the shrine. When he returned, he complained of stomach pain. Later, his mother found him bleeding from rectum area.

When asked, the victim told Raja Singh forcibly took him to a gurdwara room and allegedly sodomized him. His mother narrated the entire incident to him. The victim was taken to the Lopoke Civil Hospital from where he was referred to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital.

They alleged that Raja Singh committed the crime at the behest of Jasbir Singh of the same village. Both of them were booked under Sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 61 (2) of the BNS. They are yet to be arrested. The police said efforts were on to arrest them.
