Two fall prey to snatchers

Snatchers targeted two persons, including a Chennai resident, Shishandhri B, here.
Though Shishandhri was robbed of his mobile several days ago, the police received a complaint through post only yesterday. Following this, an FIR under Section 379-B of the IPC was registered. He told the police that he came to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple. While he was returning to his hotel at Ranjit Avenue, three unidentified persons snatched his mobile phone.
Similarly, unidentified persons robbed Amit Kumar Marda of Rs 26,000 and two mobile phones. The police have registered a case.
