Khushdil Singh instructed employees to put an end to online pendency of cases and ensure that public work is done on a priority basis, giving top preference to the general public. He warned that carelessness will not

be tolerated.

The RTO also appealed to the public not to fall prey to agents and instead utilise the online services provided by the department. He assured people that if anyone faced difficulty, they could visit the office for quick assistance and information.

Details regarding the online application process and government fees for all services have been posted on the office notice board for public awareness, he added.
