While flagging off the walkathon, Deputy Commissioner Shivdular Singh Dhillon said, “The effort of the Chamber is commendable. Such events should be held regularly.”

Amandeep Kaur, CEO of Amandeep Group of Hospitals and chief orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon Avtar Singh, while giving a health message, said that due to changing lifestyle and eating habits, bones of the body are getting weaker. The problem is now becoming common. In such a situation, regular walks can prevent such problems.
