Director, Industries and Commerce, DPS Kharbanda who is also the CEO, Invest Punjab, has assured industrialists and traders that the government would resolve their grievances and make serious efforts to meet their demands. The Director said this during an interaction held here today.
The Punjab government is committed to solving the problems of industrialists and their pending cases will be disposed of in a time-bound manner, he said after a meeting with the industrialists. Listening to the problems of industrialists, Kharbanda instructed the officials to settle their cases on priority basis. He said a cap has been imposed today to settle the incentive and regulatory clearance cases which have been pending for a long time. He also claimed that the industrialists will bring in new investments which will herald more employment opportunities in the region.
