Workshop on ChatGPT held

The Golden Jubilee Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation of Guru Nanak Dev University organised a hands-on workshop titled “ChatGPT for the Modern Entrepreneur: Transform Your Business with ChatGPT” in collaboration with FICCI FLO, Amritsar. The aim of this workshop was to foster the growth of the startup ecosystem by integrating AI-driven technologies into business strategies.

Subhi Agarwal, Co-founder and COO of Locobuzz Solutions Private Ltd, Mumbai, led the workshop, showcasing the practical applications of ChatGPT in areas such as customer service automation, workflow optimisation and business scaling.

She also highlighted AI’s transformative potential in fields like finance and book-keeping, where automation streamlines processes, enhances accuracy and saves valuable time. Agarwal discussed the power of AI-driven marketing, including automated email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, as well as social media management, which helps businesses increase reach and engagement while optimising content strategies.

Dr Simarpreet Kaur Sandhu, Chairperson of FICCI FLO, emphasised the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in today’s entrepreneurial landscape. “We need to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to simplify work, increase productivity and enhance business competitiveness. AI-driven applications enable startups to manage day-to-day tasks more efficiently, automate repetitive processes and improve overall decision-making through data-driven insights,” she said.
