The leopard had injury marks on its body. The wildlife officials are shifting the leopard to the Chhatbir zoo near Chandigarh.

The leopard had reportedly killed a dog in the area on Thursday night following which stray dogs attacked it. To escape them, it climbed the tree on the roadside and got stuck.
