313 students conferred with degrees at Khalsa College for Women

The annual convocation of Khalsa College for Women, Sidhwan Khurd, near Jagraon was held at the college today.
GS Chadha, Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh, was the chief guest on the occasion.
In the convocation, 313 students of post-graduate and graduate classes of arts, science, commerce and computer application streams were conferred with degrees.
The chief guest congratulated the Principal, teachers and students. He motivated students to make a place for themselves in the society and make their institution and teachers feel proud of them.
The members of the Trust and college Principal honoured the chief guest.
In the end, Principal Dr Baljeet Kaur Gill thanked the chief guest and other dignitaries who graced the occasion.
Trust Secretary Surjit Singh, Manager Kirpal Singh Bhatthal, members Shivinder Sidhu, Dr Hardeep Singh Sur, Pritam Singh Johal, Harmel Singh and Principal Dr SK Nayak were also present on the occasion.
