Abhishek Bachchan congratulates parents’ on 45th wedding anniversary

Abhishek Bachchan has congratulated his parents — Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan — on their 45th wedding anniversary.
The 42-year-old actor took to Instagram to wish them on the occasion, where he also shared a still from their 1973 hit film “Abhimaan”.
“I wish that both of you continue to laugh and love for the next 45 years too. Happy 45th anniversary Ma and Pa. I love you,” he captioned the picture.
The couple tied the knot just before the release of the Hrishikesh Mukherjee-directed film.
Amitabh Bachchan also took to his official blog today and thanked fans and followers for their wishes.
“The flowers and wishes adorn the house... Our wedding anniversary, June 3, 1973. Now 45 years,” he wrote.
The megastar also revealed that the couple will not be celebrating their anniversary together as his wife is travelling. — PTI
